MLSAC b11: hologram manager
Holograms got their own manager, tied to players joining and leaving.
The hologram over a player with an aura: AVG climbs from 58 to 99 % in a couple of seconds and changes colour.
Build 1.0-b11, the same day as b10.
Holograms are now handled by a dedicated manager tied to the player lifecycle — created and removed as players join and leave.
