MLSAC b14: a big optimisation pass

Build 1.0-b14 — a large pass over performance and old code.

Almost every part of the plugin was touched:

• the AI check and player data;
• alerts and detection responses;
• holograms and the Suspects menu;
• the ban animation;
• the Bukkit and Folia schedulers;
• the API client and analytics;
• config.yml, holograms.yml and messages.yml.
