MLSAC b44: the buffer system
Three times more checks, an alert at every 33% of the buffer and new placeholders in /mlsac prob.
Our test server: “Failed check” for each confident check and “Got VL 1” when the buffer filled up.
Request frequency
Check requests are sent three times as often — more checks, better accuracy. The new buffer system absorbs false kicks.
Alerts
Alerts are reworked for the buffer: a chat message arrives every time the buffer fills by another 33%.
/mlsac prob
Placeholders reworked, with markers for the buffer rising (▲) and falling (▼).
Refactoring
About 40 classes were rewritten where real bugs turned up. The trolling and damage-reduction system also runs off the buffer now.
The plugin sets the required options on install, but they are worth double-checking.
