The preset editor, section by section
What lives in each section of a preset: “General”, “Messages”, “Regions/Worlds”, “Models”, “Detection” and “Suppression”.
Open Configs and pick a preset. Sections on the left, settings on the right. Changes go to the server after “Save” and arrive within a minute (or right after /mlsac reload). Pick your server version at the top: it decides which sounds, items and 3D tags the editor offers.
General
- “Return to free”: when daily requests run out, checks continue on a free Beginner licence instead of pausing. You need an active Beginner on the account.
- “Name check before commands”: a player with an odd name gets kicked directly instead of through a command the name could break.
- Modules: “Detection”, “Menus”, “Update notifications”. Turn “Detection” off and the anticheat stops checking players.
- Holograms over suspects and the menu designer: see Holograms and Staff menus.
Messages
Everything the plugin writes to chat and above the hotbar: about seventy texts, grouped, with search. Text on the left, how it looks in game on the right. Colours work like in game: &a, &l, HEX &#RRGGBB. Only the texts you change are stored; the rest come from the defaults in the language you pick at the top (7 languages). “Reset” brings a default back.
Regions/Worlds
Places where the anticheat doesn’t check players or apply suppression: a region, a world, or a region in one world. More in Regions and worlds.
Models
Which models run on the server: Ultra, or the others (Pulse, Pro, Mini). For Pulse you pick a core and strictness. Each model card shows 30 days of stats. More in Models.
Detection
The 80 or 90 % threshold, buffer capacity, faster repeat flag, buffer growth and decay. At the bottom, staff notifications: the console copy and the sound. How it all adds up is in Buffer and flags.
Suppression
Two tabs. “By flags”: the flag ladder with punishments and effects. “By buffer”: buffer thresholds that squeeze a cheater before the flag. The effects themselves: damage, lag, tricks.
Managing presets
- You can have several presets, say
mainfor survival andpvpfor the arena. The server uses the one named inremote-config.preset. - Delete a preset and the servers using it fall back to built-in settings, with a warning for admins.
- Only your account can see your presets.
